Back to Yale

This is my first post from my phone so excuse the typos--it's almost impossible to edit.
Went back to the Yale PCOS clinic this week.  Didn't lose much weight but at least I didn't gain.  So I have to lose more than 10 lbs by the end of July.
My bloodwork was mostly ok, tiny gains or stayed the same.  My vitamin D dropped massively now that I'm off the mega-dosage twice a week.  So I'm back on that once a week forever plus the 1,000 a day.  She added biotin & magnesium to my daily supplements.  I'm going onto a diffrerent kind of metformin that's higher dose but lower side effects.  It makes me so sick I hate to take it. Good thing I don't have diabetes I'd be so noncompliant with the medicine!  Hopefully the new stuff will be better, with less poop.
The biggest deal was my low fat pudding. I've got a temp job for a couple of months. I sit on my fat ass all day.  The schedule of work and how far away it is makes it hard to get to the pool. I get up at 6 am to be at the pool at 7 when it opens.  Get out of the water at 8 to get changed and be at work for 9. So I'm getting 3 55-minute workouts per week and I used to do 6 hours or more.  So to make up, I cut back on food.
Every day I bring my cooler bag with two fat free puddings and a little plastic container with fiber powder.  Mix one into the other for two meals.  70 calories of pudding, 15 of fiber.   What's wrong with that?   Apparently everything.
The dietician always harps on my fat intake and total calories.  So I think fat-free pudding with few cals is good.  I need more fiber so the powder is good.
Doctor says it's the worst thing I could be eating.  She said I should NEVER eat anything labeled low fat (insert a sigh for Edy's slow churned ice cream here) as it is countered with extra sugar.  Doc says watch carbs, not fat.  Dietician says I need to be low fat and low protein.  That leaves me with only alcohol as a calorie source!
Some days I don't even want to get out of bed.  Trying to plan food when everything is not allowed is insane and hurts my head.

some days, it's awesome to be fat!

Stranger than fiction: a fat guy in a scooter at a Walmart caught a robber and SAT on him until police came.
I'd like to see some skinny guy do that!
